Jacqueline Hanoman

Director of Research and Interim CEO

Jacqui is a sociologist and educator with years of experience working in community development projects in the Americas and social media. Known as “The Professor”, she is the driving force behind our goal to deliver absolutely excellent research. She’s tough on her team, but they thank her for it – she definitely has the skills and the talent to push her researchers to dig deeper than they ever did before.

Passionate about the socio-cultural dimensions of social media and netnography, she has developed social media analysis projects worldwide.  She has also worked with programs in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Andean Development Corporation, and with NGOs in Venezuela in program design, monitoring and evaluation and international cooperation. Before coming to the US in 2006, Jacqui held joint appointments as Professor Tutor and Field Coordinator of the Building Bridges program, a pioneer program in University Social Responsibility for Latin America, at the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. An ardent researcher, Jacqui’s doctoral studies are in Cultural Foundations at Purdue University and in Adult, Higher and Community Education at Ball State University. She is also a Magister in History of the Americas and has a professional degree in sociology from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Venezuela, together with a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Studies of the Management of Development Programs from the Universidad Metropolitana and the IDB, and an International Certificate in the Formulation, Management and Evaluation of Development Projects, also from the IDB. 


Kevin Gibney

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin has the right stuff in terms of what it takes to create an A1 service culture and operational excellence. We must know - he's fulfilling wonders at VeritasSquared when it comes to assuring that our internal processes yield maximum value for our clients. Kevin's expertise in this area are the result of years of professional exposure to corporations within which operational excellence is pursued relentlessly: AT&T, Siemens and Nokia. In his various roles in these companies, ranging from marketing to business development, Kevin has been imbued with a sense for attention to detail that truly sets him apart.

Kevin is bilingual in English and German and obtained a BA in Marketing and International Politics from New York University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. To round off the picture, Kevin spends his free-time working on green marketing solutions that use technology as a way to reduce the carbon imprint associated with customer communication. 


Kerstin Drier

Director, Client Services

Kerstin is a quintessential people person, master communicator and organizer. She is at the forefront of our efforts to make sure that we not only deliver an intellectually superior product, but that we do so with a smoothness  deserving of a “AAA” rating in customer service and satisfaction.

One of her key past accomplishments was the integral role Kerstin played in putting CareerBuilder on the map in Germany. She was driving force in launching CareerBuilder’s start-up operations by masterfully managing both internal and external related communication challenges and quickly progressed to become the Managing Directors key right-hand person in operations management. Moreover, she is an all-rounder when it comes to tackling any challenge that stands in the way of making sure that clients are 100% satisfied with our work.

Kerstin holds a BBA in  International Business from Iona College New Rochelle, NY and also studied Physical Education, Anatomy and Physiology at the German Sport University in Cologne, Germany
